Acquisition of the Scaffolding Assets of Pyramid Scaffold Services

With Pride and Humility… we announce Direct Scaffold Services (“Direct”) acquired the scaffolding assets of
Pyramid Scaffold Services (“Pyramid”) effective October 18 th , 2023. Most importantly, all the key employee team
members of Pyramid have joined Direct’s team. Pyramid retains its independent business as a dedicated
supplier of forming and shoring equipment but going forward is no longer in the scaffold business.
