DSS provided safe access to the outer roof area on the air traffic control tower.  The scaffold needed to reach above the windows and was built from the catwalk that encircled the tower and then tied off to the beams on top to ensure integrity and safety.  Challenges for this project included: confined space, working Saturdays and Sundays only, dismantling part of the scaffold to not impede view during flying hours.  The scaffold was erected and dismantled almost 4 times in 10 working days.
